5 Minute Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1⁄2 cup frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, mixed berries, banana)

  • 1 - 2 cups greens (spinach, kale, arugula, chard)

  • 1⁄4 avocado (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp protein (protein powder, nut butter, whole oats soaked overnight, yogurt, kefir)

  • 1 – 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed, chia seed, or both

  • Other vegetables as desired (cucumber, zucchini,

    beet)

  • 1⁄2 - 1 cup Base liquid (unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, herbal tea, filtered water)

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients in blender,

Mix until thick and creamy, adding liquid to reach desired consistency.

Enjoy!
